Con una sólida participación, se llevó a cabo el curso de «Gestoras y Gestores
Comunitarios en Prevención de Violencias de Género», organizado por la Universidad de
Aysén y la Seremi de Salud de la región. Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo fortalecer la red
comunitaria para la prevención de la violencia de género, involucrando a los actores locales
en la creación de estrategias y acciones para erradicar este problema.

El curso, de 12 horas de duración, se dividió en cuatro módulos en los que se abordaron
temas esenciales para comprender el fenómeno de la violencia de género y su impacto en
los territorios. Entre los temas tratados, destacaron la comprensión de la noción de género,
la identificación de diferentes expresiones de violencia y el reconocimiento de las
instituciones locales y nacionales involucradas en la prevención y denuncia de estos casos.

Despliegue territorial y un esfuerzo comunitario destacado

Uno de los mayores logros de este curso ha sido el esfuerzo de despliegue territorial
realizado para llegar a las diversas comunas de la región de Aysén, promoviendo la
participación activa y el compromiso de las comunidades locales. Las capacitaciones se han
realizado en diversas localidades, como Coyhaique, Puerto Aysén, Cochrane, Lago Verde,
Puerto Cisnes y Guaitecas, demostrando un fuerte compromiso por llevar la prevención de
la violencia de género a cada rincón de la región. Este despliegue ha permitido involucrar a
un gran número de participantes, que desde sus territorios se han sumado a este esfuerzo
por erradicar la violencia y construir comunidades más seguras.

La última fecha del curso será este sábado en Río Ibáñez, cerrando un ciclo que ha
fortalecido las capacidades locales y ha creado una red de apoyo en toda la región.
